Lyrics:

I said now how many times have you wondered
If that special someone was ever coming along
But the minute that lady held my hand
Life took on a new song
Life took on a new song
She was like Colorado in the morning
Tennessee in the late afternoon
She was like Carolina in the evening
Under that smoky mountain moon
You know it's been quite some time
Since I walked around with such a happy smile
But the minute that I held her in my arms
I looked forward to every day
Knowing that I can say
She was like Colorado in the morning
Tennessee in the late afternoon
She was like Carolina in the evening
Under that smoky mountain moon

You know before her my life didn't seem like much
There wasn't any up, only down
I know it's hard for you to believe
That a woman could do all of that
But once my life was upside down
She turned all that around
She was like Colorado in the morning
Tennessee in the late afternoon
She was like Carolina in the evening
Under that smoky mountain moon
She was like Colorado in the morning
Tennessee in the late afternoon
She was like Carolina in the evening
Under that smoky mountain moon
She's Colorado, Tennessee
She's Carolina
